A. For best adhesion, clean the area with a mild soap and water. Apply the Green Armour chip to a dry, flat surface.

Q. Can I move my Green Armour chip from one mobile phone to another?
A. We do NOT recommend moving a chip from one phone to another- unless it is the exact same make and model of the original mobile phone. Different phones emit and receive different frequency ranges, and because of that reason, the chips cannot be transferred.

Q. Will the Green Armour chip affect the signal strength of my phone?
A. NO! it will NOT affect the transmission or reception capabilities of your mobile phone.

Q. Is the Green Armour chip water and heat resistant?
A. Yes, it is water and heat resistant.

Q. How does the patented MRET polymer get injected into the Green Armour chip? Can I see the MRET polymer inside the Chip?
A. Yes, but only by cutting the device open. It is a transparent liquid inside the casing that has hardened.

Q. How long is the MRET polymer effective?
A. The MRET polymer has a minimum 3 year (36 month) life from the time it is applied to the mobile phone.
